NewVehicleConnect
NewVehicleConnect is a program that sends a communication to selected new vehicle customers, offering an upgrade to the newest model of what they currently drive. Each quote factors in their vehicle’s trade in value, with Blackbook logic working behind the scenes to ensure an accurate value for their current vehicle. Up to 5 trim levels will be presented, with monthly quotes for each.
Qualifying customers will receive one of the following communications:
- Cash Difference - if the customer is in a position to pay cash for their upgrade.
- Paid off - if the customer has paid off their current vehicle.
- Higher Payment - upgrading would result in a slightly higher monthly payment.
- Lower Payment - upgrading would result in a slightly lower monthly payment.
