Service Integration

The incorporation of Service Integration into your other programs has many advantages. It’s completely modular, highly effective, and best of all - the monthly fee is waived if you’re enrolled in our Sales Suite.

Service Integration features highly targeted reminders and follow-ups to your sales and service customers, and is designed to keep your loyal service customers coming back, while driving your sales customers to your service department.

Service Integration comes in 3 forms. Buckslips, or inserts, that accompany NewVehicleConnect and PreOwnedConnect letters, Postcards, and e-mail.

Service customers are broken into the following segments:

Active 0 - 6 months out
Lazy 7 - 12 months out
Lost 13 - 25 months out
Declined Services Following a declined service
Anniversary 1 year after vehicle purchase
Birthday Customer's birthday
CSI Purchase/Service Immediately following each sale and/or paid service
Warranty Follow-Up Immediately following a warranty service

Active

(0 - 6 months out)

Active customers will receive a monthly communication with up to 3 service offers. Each offer can be customized with different price points, expiration dates, and personal messages from your staff.

Your active bucket will prove to be the most loyal, so it’s important to send consistent service offers to keep them aware of their service status.

Lazy Notice

(7 - 12 months out)

Lazy customers will receive up to 3 semi-aggressive offers, intended to add extra incentive to the customers that tend to drag their feet.

Each piece can be customized with offer type, price points, expiration dates and personal messages from your staff.

Lost Notice

(13 - 24 months out)

Lost customers will receive up to 3 more aggressive offers. Each piece can be customized with offer type, price points, expiration dates and personal messages from your staff.

Birthday

On customer's birthday

Connect with your customers on a more personal level by remembering their birthday, up to 5 years after the original sales date.

Anniversary

On anniversary of vehicle purchase

Reward your customers on the anniversary of their vehicle purchase, up to 5 years after the original sales date.

CSI/Warranty Survey

Immediately following a Sale/Warranty Service
